Which are the ways to get Penta TPAD?

Currently, taking pre-booking for Penta T-Pad(s) on the website www.pantel.in. For all pre-booking queries, there will be an automated response from the website confirming the following ---
  • Details provided in the pre-booking form; reconfirmation of the same.
  • Mode of payment Expected date of delivery (Deliveries for all models are started from March 5, 2012)
  • Depending upon the prospects status in the pre-booking queue, the expected date of delivery will also be stated therein.
The process of signing up distribution and retail partners is currently ongoing – and – the same will be periodically updated on the website.


Mode of payment is COD(cash-on-delivery).

What is the expected delivery timeline for Penta TPAD?

Deliveries started from March 05, 2012. Dispatches of the pre-booking order(s) will happen on first cum first serve basis – on the realization of payments. 

How does the order to delivery fulfilment process work?

Customers will order the tablet on the website and keep their pre-booking reference code. There will be an automated e-mail response on the pre-booking (as detailed above).
At the time, the customer will be asked to reconfirm the booking and make the payment in advance on the payment gateway for realizing deliveries. All the prices on the pre-booking form are ex-works Noida, UP, India; the freight delivery costs will be charged on actual.
The device will be shipped to the customer via a courier service.
Customer should pay extra for the courier service.
For any technical issues after you get the delivery there will be dedicated technical customer support numbers in the device package.

How can I cancel my order?

The email confirmation of your pre-booking entry can be replied to – if a cancellation of the pre booking is required. 

Are there any service centres for the tablet? If yes, where would they be located?

Customers can contact the 'Technical Customer Support' number for any issues/help/ tech support queries with the tablets.
If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, the customers can take it to partner customer service center locations, located all over India.
